尼道嘅北京填鴨好出名,而且仲有酒糟嘅香味添, 好特別!😍
所以就算我地得2個人,我地都叫左半隻黎試下🤣🤰🏻
果然真係好好味!當我一擺佢入口,啲油就噴射式咁係個口道爆開!🤤
而且尼道嘅片皮鴨唔係淨係得皮,會連肉
有啲人可能會唔鐘意,但其實啲肉係好鬆軟,有肉汁,所以我係唔會抗拒架🤣
值得一提嘅係呢度啲麵粉皮好煙韌👍🏻
而且啲配菜都好特別,有成6碟,其中一野係哈密瓜,估唔到哈密瓜同片皮鴨係咁夾架😍

松子魚炸得勁脆!🤤
而且仲去晒骨,完全唔洗擔心會喫骨👍🏻
不過,雖然啲甜酸汁好開胃,但有啲甜,可能太多汁啦🥲

小籠包有好多汁😍😍
雖然啲皮唔係超級薄,但絕對夠濕潤,所以唔會嫌棄成口粉皮🤣

高力豆沙絕對係中式甜品裏面最難整嘅
但呢間餐廳整得好好,唔會整得太甜或者太油👍🏻
如果冇食過高力豆沙嘅人,你可以想像係一個沙翁,裏面係加咗豆沙同香蕉🍌🤣

柑桔酸梅茶啱啱好可以中和片皮鴨嘅油膩感,正👍🏻

The Roasted Peking Duck here is so famous. Also, it is with the flavour of vinasse which is so special😍
Indeed, it is so tasty! Once I put it into my mouth, the oil spouted out!🤤
Also, each slide of Peking Duck is not just the skin of duck but also duck meat.
The duck meat was so tender!👍🏻
Worth mentioning that the wrap was chewy and the side dish was special👏🏻
One of the side dish was cantaloupe! Never thought that it could match with duck😍

The Deep-fried Fish in Sweet and Sour Sauce was so crispy👏🏻
There was no bone in this fish so that I don’t have to eat it carefully.👍🏻
Although the sweet and sour sauce was so appetising, it was a bit too sweet.🥲

The Steamed Pork Dumplings were so juicy😍😍
Although the dumpling skin was not so thin, it was so moist. So adorable🤣

The step of making Deep-fried Souffle Ball with Mashed Red Bean should be the most complicated among all Chinese desserts.
However, this restaurant did a good job 👍🏻👍🏻
The texture of deep-fried soufflé ball was like Chinese donut but it was filled with mashed red bean and banana🍌🤣

The Tangerine and Plum Tea was so refreshing which balanced with the oil of Peking Duck.👍🏻
