呢個炸蛋都係驚喜菜之一🤩炸到金黃香脆,但係內裡依然係流心😋一切開,橙黃色既蛋液就湧出,因為餐廳用既係蘭王蛋,所以蛋黃特別香濃🤤好鍾意食流心蛋既我,呢個簡直係無得彈‼️再配埋底下既黑松露醬,兩者既結合令到我一啖都唔想淨🫣

100%原個南瓜打成既南瓜湯🎃中間係一滴水都無落過💧可想而知佢濃郁既程度係幾咁高🤩因為無額外添加水,所以會比較竭身,飲完都真係飽飽地😆兩個人食的話建議share!

上枱時就已經聞到陣陣rosemary香😶‍🌫️龍蝦尾經過燒香處理,入口時都會帶有rosemary香氣,不過就唔會搶走蝦味🦞肉質爽口彈牙,蝦尾亦都預先拆開咗,呢個位夠晒細心呢🥰千層薯吸咗龍蝦帶出既味道,份外惹味😋

牛扒根據廚師既熟成度去烹調, 果然烹製出粉紅色既嫩肉😍非常之吸睛!外層帶少少焦香,入口有啖啖肉香🤤而且肉質軟腍,係好高質素既一個牛扒。仲有一個神奇既調味,就係廚師研製既茶味鹽🧂同牛扒係絕配,呢個味道第2度真係食唔到👍🏼

到咗尾聲就係佢既拿手甜品焦糖布丁🍮一樣用上蘭王蛋,所以蛋味都會特別香濃。焦糖脆下就係滑溜既布丁蛋,甜度係好輕身,所以食飽咗之後都唔會覺得滯💯
