叫一份手切肥牛真係夠曬一家四口食👨👩👧👦 肥牛嘅紋路好明顯,肥瘦分部得好均勻


火鍋嘅配料大致上同上次嘅差唔多
肥牛、蜂巢豆腐、珊瑚蚌係我地必食嘅

今次仲叫左豬皮、醉雞試下
豬皮好爽口,又大份
食得出啲雞醃左好耐,好入味,啲雞肉唔會太鞋
翠肉脘食得出係新鮮魚肉


煮熟左仲好有硬口
最後仲試左黑松露墨魚滑

食落好有彈性,又好香黑松露味道

不過每次嚟都要記得訂位,餐廳坐位有限,天氣咁凍仲多左人打邊爐
