豆腐布丁燒啱啱出爐,所以只限熱食,同埋唔會倒扣,咁啱就可以一次試哂兩種食法✌🏻上面嘅梳乎芝士蛋糕,熱食嘅話仲有蛋糕嘅膨度,咬落似唔空氣嘅班戟,食唔出芝士味,帶淡淡蛋香,較輕盈。下面層布丁好特別,食落係布丁質感,但個味好豆腐😂食到懷疑個層真係豆腐花,最後行翻轉頭問店員,原來個布丁加咗豆腐、豆漿混合而成,所以好有豆味凍嘅版本試咗椰爺味,雪凍後芝士鹹香味較出,而且倒扣後焦糖漿會淋係蛋糕上,索咗糖漿嘅蛋糕體較綿密,同熱食完全兩個味道😆椰子味唔出,係有啲椰果粒咁😹凍食反而比較漏,可能因為真係似芝士蛋糕,無咗空氣感。
