天氣開始凍,就梗係要由外暖到內,最啱就係食啲暖笠笠嘅嘢食喇!最暖笠笠嘅選擇,當然就係打邊爐啦!除咗唔同嘅養生湯底、雞煲同羊腩煲之外,其實烤魚火鍋都好正㗎!今日嚟到西環嘅4號烤吧,嘆吓呢個好豐富嘅魚豐盛套餐。麻辣牛肚絲、大豆芽滷大腸前菜揀咗麻辣牛肚絲同大豆芽滷大腸:麻辣牛肚絲辣度適中,非常醒胃;至於大豆芽滷大腸好有驚喜,大腸洗得非常乾淨,重點係勁入味呀!毛血旺烤魚烤魚揀咗毛血旺烤魚,因為怕辣,所於揀咗BB辣。唔知大家食魚怕唔怕多骨呢?店員推介清江魚,相對無乜細骨同碎骨。魚肉越煮越入味,索晒湯汁,完全係精華所在,重點係煮耐咗,但啲魚肉都仲好嫩滑。另外烤魚入面仲有我最鍾意嘅鴨血,少少辣,好香滑。生料拼盤拼盤包括四寶丸、豆卜、蟹柳、芝士腸、金菇、雲吞同生菜。至於肉類就揀咗美國肥牛,份量啱啱好,最鍾意就係彈牙嘅四寶丸!

烤魚揀咗毛血旺烤魚,因為怕辣,所於揀咗BB辣。唔知大家食魚怕唔怕多骨呢?店員推介清江魚,相對無乜細骨同碎骨。魚肉越煮越入味,索晒湯汁,完全係精華所在,重點係煮耐咗,但啲魚肉都仲好嫩滑。另外烤魚入面仲有我最鍾意嘅鴨血,少少辣,好香滑。
