To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早一個星期做節,見佢近,又有大枱,book 左先算,上開飯睇到食評其實無咩期望,點知,出嚟好滿意。呢次無叫套餐,散叫左呢幾個菜~~拔絲鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉~花膠海鮮豆腐煲~欖菜肉碎四季豆~家鄉蓮藕餅~醬燒雞~粉絲蒸元貝~龍躉兩味。翡翠炒球。雲耳蒸頭腩~金銀蛋浸時蔬咕嚕肉,雖然做唔到真係拔絲,但配新鮮菠蘿已經好正,而舊肉仲係脆口嘅👍🏼。而個豆腐煲,就係估唔到咁足料,花膠,帶子,蝦,班腩都有,而蝦都仲有鮮味,成個煲仲要份量十足。四季豆就正常出品,豆仲幾甜。藕餅幾香口,份量啱啱夠分。醬燒雞係另一驚喜,夠熱夠入味,啱啱炸起,連骨炸到脆晒,可以呑埋落肚😆。
