天氣漸凍,打邊爐最適合。這晚跟寶寶都放很得晚,所以決定到屋企附近的大煲皇打邊爐。晚上9時左右食客還是很多,幾乎滿座,熱鬧得很。火鍋湯底和配料的選擇都非常多,單是牛肉種類都有10多個種類,全部配料加埋應該多過100種選擇。湯底選擇了一個比較滋補的南北杏菜膽豬肺湯($98),用足材料煲成的一個湯。不止豬肺很多,還有大大件的豬骨﹑白菜等,飲落十分清甜滋潤。本地特級手切肥牛(小)($168)因為我不太食牛,所以小碟份量對我們來說已經很多。單看脂肪的分佈便知道這個牛肉口感應譹不錯,脂肪平均地分佈在牛肉中,而且不會有很大片的,很漂亮的雪花紋。稍為淥一下便已經熟了可以食,咬落肉質很軟,而且味道很香很鮮牛肉的香味。招牌三寶丸($68)分別是蝦丸﹑墨魚丸及牛丸。一開始還以為灰色的是鯪魚丸,淥熟後才知道是蝦丸。個人十分喜歡這個蝦丸,淡橙色的很好看,而且裡面還真有鮮蝦,所以食落好香蝦味,而且手工打的打到很彈牙。墨魚丸跟牛丸都同樣鮮味彈牙。蘿蔔($28)的份量都蠻多,清甜爽口,打邊爐不能少的配料。唐生菜($28)十分新鮮,稍為淥一下便可以進食,爽口清新。鮮冬菇($28)每塊冬菇都十分大及厚身,吸收了湯汁和配料

之前試過跟一大班朋友來食,覺得食物配料不算貴,特別是蔬菜類,而且份量蠻大的,食物又新鮮。而且位置很方便跟長沙灣站很近,所以有時候我和寶寶都會約朋友在這裡打邊爐。是個不錯的選擇。
