To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日我同朋友四人一齊去咗尖沙咀做瑜伽，做完瑜伽之後，有位朋友話想食酸菜魚，行到尖沙咀的金馬倫道，就見到了這間叫做小魚兒的酸菜魚餐廳。呢度見到餐牌午市非常便宜。但是我哋今天是想食酸菜魚所以我哋就叫了一條魚配上酸菜湯底，加上一啲配料，例如響鈴，薯粉，金菇，炸魷魚，娃娃菜，蘿蔔等等。😍😍😍酸菜魚是放在一盤長方形的鐵盒上，來到的時候放上Gas爐上，侍應說待滾了後，等5分鐘後才進食。😎😎👍🏼等待酸菜魚滾時，酸菜魚上有花椒，百角，辣椒等。在熱水滾了後，聞到了陣陣香辣味😝😝。魚上仲有酸菜，加上辣味，已經好想快啲食。😍😍😍水滾後，我哋開始進食酸菜魚。一開始食嘅時候湯底都還未是10分濃郁，但進食了一段時間後，因為蒸氣水份揮發後湯底變得越來越濃。湯底變得越來越酸及辣，配上酸菜魚熱辣十分野味😋😋👍🏼。在吃酸菜魚的過程中，可以放上打邊爐用的配料，配上酸菜魚湯底10分好食😝👍🏼。總的來說，這間的酸菜魚，足配料，條魚夠大條，仲可以配上湯料之後再打邊爐，十分好食值得推介😎😎。
