To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日天時凍，所以決定同屋企人去食返個打邊爐。最後黎左一鍋堂食放題。我地叫左C餐，湯底揀左推薦嘅冬陰功湯。呢個湯底真係非常惹味！酸酸地有帶啲辣，超級開胃，同埋佢仲有少少嘅香茅味，成個湯底都非常泰式👍🏻食落開胃得黎又唔會濟。餐廳整體環境都非常乾淨，staff都好好人成日過黎幫手。而熟食區都有好多唔同嘅食物選擇，我就夾左佢地嘅炸牛奶卷同炸饅頭，全部都酥酥脆脆同埋好香，加埋啲煉奶就更加美味。見到佢仲有麻辣鴨血，鳳爪嗰啲可以食，好多唔同選擇。C餐有得食佢嘅安格斯牛肉，牛肉好嫩同埋牛味好濃郁，油脂分佈都好均勻👍🏻蔬菜都幾新鮮，仲有好多唔同種類。佢地自家製嘅飲品都好好飲，唔會過甜，味道剛剛好，一路打邊爐一路飲都幾消濟👍🏻今次食左佢地雪糕櫃入面嘅gelato，柚子乳酪味好清爽解膩。香芋味就好香濃，食完仲想再食！
