To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午去銅鑼灣翡翠食,去到時已經三點幾, 所以唔駛點等位. 兩個人叫左個小籠包, 鱔糊炒麵, 蘿蔔絲酥餅, 齋卷. 小籠包: 保持一貫水準, 味道唔錯.鱔糊炒麵: 都幾好味, 但比較油.似乎依間分店d炒野比較油.蘿蔔絲酥餅: 新嘗試, 都幾好味, 唔會太油, 幾鬆脆.齋卷: 味道比較普通.服務就麻麻地啦, 唔知係咪銅鑼灣店既通病.想睇相可以去我個blog.http://klcchung.blogspot.com/2007/09/blog-post.html

小籠包: 保持一貫水準, 味道唔錯.
鱔糊炒麵: 都幾好味, 但比較油.似乎依間分店d炒野比較油.
蘿蔔絲酥餅: 新嘗試, 都幾好味, 唔會太油, 幾鬆脆.
齋卷: 味道比較普通.

服務就麻麻地啦, 唔知係咪銅鑼灣店既通病.
