之前去18巷試左非常特別的蟻蛋,今次就試下其他常見的泰國菜式泰式燉花膠。水準依舊,比起中式味道無咁濃,花膠燉到好腍,重點花膠份量都唔小。拼盤。有魚餅,泰式春卷,炭燒豬頸肉,蟹肉粟米餅,蝦餅。拼盤偏重口味,上碟時全部都熱辣辣,個人喜歡配上泰式梅醬,酸酸甜甜中和返個味道,可以一件接一件咁食香炸虎蝦配酸子汁。虎蝦炸到好鬆脆,見到個汁有辣椒以為會好辣,但味道係小小辣中帶點酸味同甜味,味道唔會太濃,食到蝦既鮮味。鮮蝦炒金邊粉。用材充足,粉好入味爽口而且唔會黏在一齊,條條分明。辣椒膏炒蟹。今次隻蟹鮮甜多膏,每啖蟹肉都咁惹味,香辣既蟹令人不停想繼續食。推介最後甜品椰汁西米糕,味道清清地,如果唔想食糯米咁滯,西米糕真係首選,唔太甜食多兩舊都唔怕。
