今次搵嘢食搵到去屯門,米芝蓮推介姊妹店嘅JEP by Involtini,佢地嘅銅鑼灣本店曾連續5年獲得《香港澳門米芝蓮指南》評選成為推薦餐廳,而今次試嘅屯門店由曾任米芝蓮三星餐廳廚師主理,以手造意粉打出名堂!其實屯門店早幾年已經試過,不過因為佢地新推出咗大閘蟹為主題嘅three course tasting Menu相當吸引,所以決定再黎試下🤍前菜食咗酸種包+麥麵包,加上佢哋自製嘅黑醋牛油,夠晒開胃Testing Menu就有蟹粉菜苗意式雲吞加蟹粉豆腐湯,超級濃郁嘅蟹膏味!本來我以為個湯已經係最濃蟹味,點知第二道菜係墨汁人工意粉加江蘇大閘蟹粉鹹蛋黃海鮮汁,食到我老公嘩左一聲,每一啖都有超強勁嘅蟹膏味🤤我哋仲另外揀咗一個手紅蝦手工意大利麵,兩個人食完飽到郁唔到!估唔到嘅係甜品好有誠意,外表係一朵花嘅糖漬蕃薯薑味金寶,每一啖都有好濃嘅薑味同番薯味,有d似蕃薯糖水咁🫶🏻好明顯呢餐係餐廳有花好多時間構思出嚟,有時間嘅朋友值得去試試!
