To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係我第二次過黎呢度食再返黎食因為覺得呢度d邊爐有返咁上下先會再黎食!不過上次新開張黎食冇咁多人今次閒日星期四黎,bk左8點半都要等左成半個鐘先入到,所以要食真係要bk定位先!人頭擁擁而我都幾鐘意佢入面既裝修,行懷舊路線,d回憶返哂黎而我今次就叫左個半任食海鮮火鍋餐同上次一樣,都係用雞煲+火鍋既形式去食!今次雞煲仲送左兩隻飽魚,差唔多有成隻手掌咁大雞味濃亦算滑溜,份量都算多!食完雞煲都差唔多飽左一半😂呢度火鍋配料大約有幾十樣揀,而我對呢間牛既印象都幾好,鮮澤紅潤,肥肉既比例唔錯,入口鮮嫩,我自己都加左單好幾次黎食!海鮮幾新鮮,份量正常,不過海鮮冇得任食上次食沙嗲湯底,今次試麻辣一開始都食得到,但佢d麻辣愈煲愈麻愈辣,好刺激😂之後頂唔純都要加返d湯中和下,不過係好食!係食完哂所有野後,佢有一個特色既甜品做點綴冬天打邊爐,呢間值得推介,係我會再過黎食既鋪頭🙊
