Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次慕美芝連之名,一嚐旺角添好運的所謂美點,失望而回。今次特意往深水埗添好運新店,又是另一次失望! 論點心質素,以我極其普通的尺度,固非最佳;論價錢,以深水埗區的平民化水平,亦非最低最抵,肯定談不上價廉味美!莫非此店真是名過其實?又或是外國食家的口味與我等港人,確有那麼大的落差?
