To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次又再一次食鮨文,因為實在太正正子了!今次既 omakase 同上次食既唔一樣喔!頭盤係新嘗試既黑松露蒸蛋,蛋依舊嫩滑而又整得濃味,如果黑松露味再濃啲就更正了!之後有期間限定既白子,食落口感係漿漿的所以唔太慣,好彩店員知我地食唔慣都比塊紫菜我地送口!然後今次有生蠔,係大大隻既生蠔,加埋生蠔上面既柚子醬真係有份小清新!之後有呢個池魚呀,油香味重之餘又好新鮮,正!然後就有魚肝,第一次 omaskase 食魚肝,順便可以補一補!之後就有我最中意既帶子,係鮨文我食全香港最新鮮既帶子,勁大粒,炸得又薄脆,真係唔夠喉呀!最後就係各式壽司,當中比較中意既係吞拿魚,另外三文魚子壽司都好新鮮不錯呢!最後就係重頭戲,海膽杯,呢到既海膽用三個字形容,冇得輸!
