To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不只一次到這名聞中外的點心小店吃東西。廢話少說,馬上談談這分店點心的水準吧....一行三人本應不能叫太多的,但有了號稱"點心小妖精"的小友在,食量自然是倍增了。結果嘛,還是點心多得連枱子也不夠放了.....先來店自慢的酥皮义燒包。水準依舊不俗,吃了一個,感覺是比旺角老店的做得更好 ---- 外層酥皮脆而鬆化,甜度適中,最重要的當然是夠熱辣辣;包身也甚軟熟;义燒餡一咬底下傾瀉而出,雖吃得"論盡",但亦滿足;餡料仍可吃到切成小粒的义燒,比起平常只吃到一pat义燒醬的貨色,自然是勝了一籌。記得從前也說過,以十二大洋三個的價錢能換來如此水準,是真的抵吃也值吃的。老實說,要我等,也是值得....不過當然不是樣樣都做得好的,如眼前的陳皮牛肉球,肉質既淰又散,絕對是機攪弄出來的劣等貨;陳皮味也嚴重不足,但很奇怪的,葱粒香反而有點,不過整體來說,是水準以下的出品....鹹水角是新鮮炸起的,沒有過油,難吃極也有個譜;皮是厚了一些,不過餡料及肉汁甚豐足,已是不錯....鮮潤腸的粉皮厚薄合道,雖不至於像大埔陳漢記的那樣晶瑩通透,但做起來甚滑口,也沒有黏筷之弊,甚為實淨,是有水準的腸粉皮;可惜的是,這麼好的外

不過當然不是樣樣都做得好的,如眼前的陳皮牛肉球,肉質既淰又散,絕對是機攪弄出來的劣等貨

;可惜的是,這麼好的外皮,卻被那帶苦味、硬梆梆而份量又極少的豬潤破壞了

這兒的燒賣[/b餡內豬肉比蝦多,而且肉汁亦不缺,入口滑溜,吃不出有甚麼餿味,用料新鮮;很特別的是蝦隻是置於燒賣本身底下,甚覺有趣,蝦吃落亦夠彈牙....

煎蘿蔔糕是一如既往般"散修修"的模樣
,糊糊的絕不是小弟的那杯茶;蘿蔔絲甚多應是唯一可取之道;此外若然腊味粒可以多一點,味就能更香了....

有意外驚喜的是那蝦乾肉片盅仔飯 --- 飯粒水準雖是不過不失,但好吃在那鮮味突出而不太硬的蝦乾以及柔軟juicy的肉片.....

開了分店之後,初時人流仍是暢旺的,起碼我們一行三人在非繁忙時段亦要等十來分鐘才可就坐。聽說最近輪隊的人變少,未吃過那酥皮义燒包的,是時候來了.....
