To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人多食飯最佳選擇梗係酒樓, 這間石門嘅富臨大時大節真係可以全場爆滿。。 酒樓如果唔係太難食離譜基本上過時過節 都冇plan b㗎啦。慶幸冬至期間除咗季節性套餐仲有『特別價錢』嘅單點菜牌 (好低要求咁樣都慶幸), 大概比平時貴30%左右。。 預咗㗎, 希望食物攞番啲分。燒鵝半隻, 已經唔熱 ,下面有個小蠟燭可以熱住, 但係冇火,叫店員幫下手佢話都係裝飾吓, 人手唔夠都唔係好想幫我哋點火~~ 幾經辛苦最後都搵到個部長幫吓手~燒鵝偏肥一點, 皮好厚亦唔夠脆, 最大問題如果唔夠熱就會 滿口油~ 肉質都ok, 但唔算太入味惹味級數。菠蘿咕嚕肉, 質素ok。梅菜芋頭扣肉煲, 點解扣肉都唔令到芋頭有返啲油份, 係唔係分開做嘅呢? 芋頭入口好乾。大班兩味, 炒球嘅還可以, 份量就少咗啲。 蒸嘅就唔夠鹹~( 不過都好過太鹹)炸子雞皮唔夠脆~~ 但肉質ok全晚最讚嘅係糯米飯, 軟熟得來唔濕,又炒得夠香。大時大節一大夥人去傳統酒樓便試到真章。 菜色, 服務普普通通冇大驚喜, 報告完畢。
