To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 深水埗店我已光顧了2次,而旺角店未有米星之前亦品嘗過幾次, 是日帶MK朋友一試,雖然佢住MK但旺角人龍太長始終冇試過, 這次只等了15mins.,可能這區星期日早上比較僻靜, 我們三人點了以下幾款: 酥皮义燒包------------外型和味道似包住义燒餡嘅mini墨西哥包,咬落一層又薄又輕嘅酥皮偏甜,不過我接受到, 可惜我只食到一小粒肥义燒同漿汁,好失望!! 但我朋友個包有好多餡喎!!點解???以前都唔係咁??有種食月餅揀唔中個黃嘅feel !!!!豬潤腸粉---------------皮夠薄夠滑, 豬潤切到一抽嘢, 可能把刀唔利, 潤夠稔夠滑味道不錯,鼓油亦好味, 鹹甜適中。威水角------------------熱烘烘的,要攤攤先食, 外皮少少脆,煙煙靱靱,,餡料好似有d 冬菇碎,,瘦肉,花生碎,同少少爽口唔知係馬蹄定籮白,下次試清楚d 先,算好味。糯米雞------------------雞肉唔太滑但都有d 雞味, 冬菇薄肉大隻有香味, 餡料同糯釆飯份量比例恰當, 飯粒偏濕同軟,好鉋肚又幾好味。牛肉球------------------預咗冇牛味因為大多數酒家d 牛肉球

牛肉球------------------預咗冇牛味因為大多數酒家d 牛肉球味道都一樣,只有陳皮同喼汁味,如果閉上眼來吃,ロ感似蒸鯪魚肉, 好稔冇牙都食得, 啱長者..........。
鳳爪排骨飯------------一小盅,凰爪又硬又乾身,排骨ok,個飯較硬,麻麻地。
蒸粉果------------------皮一夾就爛蓉蓉, 花生靱咗,差咗d , 上次食好靚仔,透明皮見到餡料,仲好新鲜爽口, why???
桂花糕------------------不知是否甜味盍過了桂花香味,還是桂花不夠香, 有甜味但冇セ桂花味。
今次雖然失準, 但我會再來,始终算平, 好過其它食店,紅咗之後仲密密加價。
