To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都好想去平民米豬蓮點心店「添好運」試吓, 但係真係好驚要企係人多擠迫嘅街道上面等粒幾兩粒鐘, 我驚未食到點心已經要CALL白車...近日得知佢係深水埗嘅分店原來有得預訂VIP房, 最低消費1000蚊, 仲可以預訂私房點心, OK喎... 好似話幾難BOOK... 事不宜遲, 剩翻10日左右, 即刻打去了解吓先... -- 冇食過鮑魚雞粒酥, 等於冇o黎過添好運!!! 酥皮好香牛油味, 仲要鬆化到一夾即散, 成枱都係老友, 我都唔客氣啦, 放棄筷子伸手去拎, 真係一D儀態都冇, 哈哈哈... 鮑魚比想像中大, 好有咬口, 個鮑汁煮得好好味, 比米豬蓮三星更好味!!! 如果可以打包1隻比另一半食就好啦!!!

-- 朋友話好重奶味, 好滑... 佢等呢個即制薑汁撞鮮奶等到條頸都長, 佢都係自己攞o黎, 侍應阿姐問咗幾次起得未, 佢就嫌人地煩, 叫人唔好起住... 結果人地問到第3次定第4次, 佢先比人叫起, 之後又走去嘈人話咁耐都未有得食, 佢好趕時間之類... 點解呢個地球D人咁野蠻o架?!!

我全晚最鐘意係鮑魚酥, 第二就係呢個花生酥...

侍應阿姐全天侯服侍, 大家有講有笑, 雖然唔係酒店級服務, 但係舒服自在, 很棒!!!

有機會都會同另一半一齊再o黎, 不過要搵齊一大班人SHARE MINIMUM CHARGE係有D難度...
