To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由細到大都好鍾意去翠亨邨飲茶,因為佢地既餃皮做得好薄。雖然佢地比一般酒樓貴,但論服務及食物水評絕對值得。上次去試左新出既點心,d名就改得名貴但.............全部certifly酥皮糯米雞 - 幾特別外脆內軟,但要趁熱食瑤柱蘿蔔酥 - 凍既!!d蘿蔔腍"PAT PAT" 瑤柱又冇味鵝肝芋角  - 都係凍凍地既,鵝肝?食唔出囉松露xx餃 - 又係一個食唔出有松露既餃蝦餃    - 正常,但冇以前d皮做得咁好 鹵水鴨舌  - 最好食,因為太易整了 總括黎講真係冇果樣整果樣,三四十蚊一個點心應該做好D,一係就唔好加果d名貴元素,幾廿蚊又唔可能有靚野食既,不如比心機做好食d既平凡點心。

酥皮糯米雞 - 幾特別外脆內軟,但要趁熱食

瑤柱蘿蔔酥 - 凍既!!d蘿蔔腍"PAT PAT" 瑤柱又冇味

鵝肝芋角  - 都係凍凍地既,鵝肝?食唔出囉

松露xx餃 - 又係一個食唔出有松露既餃

蝦餃    - 正常,但冇以前d皮做得咁好
 
鹵水鴨舌  - 最好食,因為太易整了 

總括黎講真係冇果樣整果樣,三四十蚊一個點心應該做好D,一係就唔好加果d名貴元素,幾廿蚊又唔可能有靚野食既,不如比心機做好食d既平凡點心。
