To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情影響,冇辦法去日本旅遊。都要抽時間食下日式燒肉黎到屯門市廣場呢間有放題嘅牛角,本身想大吃大喝一番,但無奈好似又未落格,咁食個午餐頂一頂癮啦叫左兩份午餐,一份248、一份168好似,名唔記得左嚕有湯、有沙律、有肉、有牛 角 飯仲有得揀埋牛油帶子(3粒)真係不得了,午餐份糧黎講,唔係食肉獸嘅話都夠滿足唔知係咪呢間店有做放題嘅關係定太耐冇向香港食日式燒肉,雞肉怪怪地好似雪左好耐咁,燒到乾晒都仲有雪味牛肉比起以往黎嘅「um」,下次過返v city果間試下喇要
