To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間車仔麵好奇怪,麵食及餸冇價錢。普通一碗三餸麵$15元,但其中一個餸雞翼就$20元,我真係唔明點計出黎?當佢麵底$6元,三款普通餸每樣$3元,加埋即係普通三餸麵=$15元,呢個價錢唔算貴。但如果其中一款餸改雞翼要$20元,即是雞翼一款都要$8元,都咪話相差唔遠呀!仲有一樣野大家要注意,高高瘦瘦企喺度果剪餸個老闆,佢好多時都會剪多少少份量餸俾客人,又會額外送多少量一至兩款餸俾客人試。但另外一個圓口圓臉中間分界既師奶,遇著佢剪餸就行衰運喇!事關佢連基本既餸份量都俾好少,菜又俾好少湯汁又少,更加唔會額外俾多其他餸客人試。我勸大家下次去幫襯時,遇正我所描述既師奶剪餸俾閣下時,不如扮有電話要聽叫佢Hold陣,等佢招呼第二個客先,然後到高瘦老闆得閒先再叫餸,咁就大大碗又多餸又好味又抵啦!
