自從呢度冇哂D加勒比海盜人偶裝修靚靚之後,今次第二次幫襯,感覺成間舖光猛哂,冇以前咁黑媽媽。點左呢個泡菜海鮮湯跟飯。仲有呢個避風塘炒軟殼蟹(標準)。摞到埋檯仲起緊泡,新鮮滾熱辣。反一反個底畀大家睇睇啲料,裡面有兩隻剝左半殼嘅蝦、兩隻生蠔、幾片魷魚,仲有大量滑豆腐同埋泡菜。呢個湯嘅海鮮料佢用咗生滾造法,因此湯底只有泡菜味,酸多於辣而冇海鮮味。亦因為咁樣,啲海鮮料全部都保留到食味,所以呢個湯與餸同滾配珍珠米白飯嘅組合可謂極之聰明同埋啱哂响凍天撈住嚟食。跟住嚟睇睇呢味避風塘炒軟殼蟹。換個角度畀大家睇真啲。呢個避風塘炒軟殼蟹嘅蒜味唔太夠,而且原應炒至金黃色粒粒脆嘅蒜粒第一好多炒到黑咗,第二蒜粒亦落得唔夠。軟殼蟹本身嘅蟹味亦絕對不能同肉蟹、羔蟹比,但係以六十幾蚊嘅價錢嚟講,佢稱得上係一味過癮菜,淨係果一塊熱辣辣嘅鐵板嘅誠意就可蓋過對味覺嘅介意啦!
