上個禮拜六去食,餐廳依然滿咗氣氛10分熱鬧,但係叉燒炒蛋飯嚟到嘅時候感覺好似細咗
調味一樣咁正最好味係佢個豉油汁,但係叉燒嘅份量真係好似少咗少少,食完都要返屋企食到兩個雞胸先夠飽🥵
食飯途中有個小插曲隔籬座位有對情侶喺度傾話而家啲茶餐廳嘅differentiation究竟喺邊度我覺得呢個問題都幾得意,上香港茶餐廳只有分為top 5%,其他都係一直生存,但係就冇人知道點解佢有啲咩招牌菜式或者有啲咩好食

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
