To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽媽不停話有間車仔麵好好食,問我食唔食,但食完豬扒後一直好飽,所以都唔係特別有興趣。去到個舖頭見到原來係一間士多,D麵又係用膠碗裝既,就更加對佢冇咩期望...大錯特錯! 其實佢D料唔算好好食,都佢既秘密武器係佢個...湯底!叫左豆卜、大腸、魚皮餃同豬皮加車仔麵的最好朋友--油麵,每樣份量都唔少的,$20抵到爛。先講個湯底,非常之清甜而我又感覺到有咩味精(有都係好少),如果唔係加左辣醬我諗我會飲晒成碗。豆卜索晒個湯當然非常美味。豬皮好出色,爽得來又係好索味,正。魚皮餃只屬一般,而大腸冇異味幾好食。個辣醬,如大家咁講,真係好辣,而且有少少麻辣個隻,愈食愈辣,搞到最後好快飲晒成枝野飲......好好食的車仔麵...媽媽話從未見過佢冇人排隊買...

叫左豆卜、大腸、魚皮餃同豬皮加車仔麵的最好朋友--油麵,每樣份量都唔少的,$20抵到爛
