To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企夜晚有party,由起床開始忙準備,晏晝嗰餐唯有叫外賣(網上外賣平台), 好想食出前一丁,所以叫左個餐蛋麵,屋企人就叫咗個煎蛋豬扒會意粉。1點order,~1:35期待左好耐嘅午餐終於送到,預算之內既,因為都幾遠下。點知一打開,我個餐蛋麵變咗意粉,即刻睇返張單,餐廳張單就寫單拼意粉(午餐肉 煎蛋),明白佢哋忙嘅時候未必樣樣都要咁準,只要最後銀碼OK就得,但係我叫嘅係出前一丁,佢俾咗意粉我。重點係我都唔食意粉嘅☹️☹️,都唔緊要啦,照食佢啲餸,食咗一舊豬扒,又”un”又”鞋”,好唔開心,未試過咁。雖然唔鍾意食意粉,不過試咗少少佢嘅蕃茄會意粉,味道係唔錯嘅,個汁教得幾好,鍾意食意粉嘅人呢個粉都幾好食,但揀餸就建議唔好揀豬扒。
