每次經過亞太中心,門口有長長嘅人龍排隊上去食嘢,只要上兩層電梯,就有一間好隱世嘅法國菜。都係同事帶我嚟食個lunch先知道有一間法國餐廳,今晚就試埋晚餐Six-Courses $688/head▪️55 Organic Egg, Beluga Caviar55度慢煮嘅有機蛋配黑魚子,蛋黃半熟呈流留心狀態配上鹹香嘅黑魚子。賣相靚之餘,作為第一道菜,係驚喜嘅開始。▪️Smoked Hokkaido Scallop食完第一道菜冇耐,店員就拎咗一個黑色嘅波波過嚟。慢慢打開就聞到一浸煙熏味。之後就介紹呢一個係煙燻過嘅北海道帶子,兩邊略略煎香,配上炸過嘅Parma ham,香口之餘又帶出到帶子嘅鮮甜味。▪️Mini Donut, Braised Angus Ox-tail將牛尾收埋起冬甩仔入邊,食之前親手將牛尾汁唧入去,冬甩外脆內軟又吸收晒啲汁,牛尾肉軟腍重牛味。係睇得又玩得嘅一道菜。食完頭三道菜,就進入更加精彩嘅下半場😏▪️Tomato Consommé上菜嗰陣我以為係蟹肉蕃茄沙律😂 跟住店員過嚟淋埋個清湯~ 呢個湯好清甜,解一解膩清清喉嚨⋯▪️Sous Vide French Free Range Pi

整體來講,就係食廚師嘅心機同埋店員嘅表演😋係非常滿足嘅一餐,亦估唔到一間咁高質嘅餐廳係隱身起喺觀塘呢一座商業大廈入邊!
