To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約了朋友食生日飯，因為這酒家有特價套餐每位$198，我們book咗一個月才有位食。環境非常好，因為剛好坐在窗口位，樓高29樓，可以遠眺美麗維港海景。二人中午飯套餐 ：西班牙黑豚肉叉燒，可能係全瘦肉關係比較鞋口。三色點心：蟹籽燒賣、香煎蘿蔔糕和雞絲春捲，味道同一般酒樓冇分別。韮王瑤柱火鴨絲羹 ： 味道恰到好處，多食材，唔鹹。唔錯。海參鮑汁扣白花菇伴唐生菜：海參同花菇炆得好淋，生菜都幾新鮮，鮑汁味道剛剛好。好味道。迷你荷葉飯：餡料多，調醬汁和飯好味，唔鹹，肯定冇味精。蝦多士、紅豆沙和黑芝麻糊：蝦多士好油膩唔掂，糖水一般啦。服務態度唔錯。
