二月係小妹嘅生日🎂 姊妹們帶咗我去GRISSINI慶祝 一入到餐廳就被舒適寫意的裝潢吸引 落地大玻璃外見盡維港兩岸風光 我哋五個人叫咗以下食物~1. 1. Battuta Di Manzo ($380)

Ingredients: Beef tartare, buffalo milk yogurt, Oscietra caviar, chicken consommé jelly

牛肉他他配上牛奶乳酪同埋雞肉清湯整成嘅啫喱 味道清爽開胃 Topping 用左Oscietra 魚子醬 令整個賣相更加出色😋

2. Mozzarella, Pomodori, Basilico ($280)

Ingredients: Artisanal mozzarella, panzanella emulsion, roasted cherry tomato, basil

傳統嘅意大行開胃菜 做法雖然簡單但更注重食材夠唔夠新鮮!Mozzarella🧀配蕃茄車厘茄🍅和basil 再淋上酸酸甜甜嘅panzanella emulsion醬汁 味道清新 一啲都唔膩😋

3. Tagliatelle di Seppia($290)👍🏻

Ingredients: Grilled cuttlefish string, Sicilian almond cream, rocket leaf, lemon emulsion

呢道意大利前菜比較少見 好奇嘅我地決定試試佢 烤墨魚串火候剛剛好 唔會太韌 配菜用左西西里杏仁同火箭菜 加埋用檸檬汁制成嘅cream 每一啖都係味蕾嘅享受

4. Candele Alla Genovese ($640)👍🏻

Ingredients: Broken candele pasta, braised Montoro onion, beef short rib, 36 month aged Parmigiano

Candele 係一種外形好似蠟燭嘅pasta 煮熟左口感唔錯 有嚼口 唔鍾意食軟身pasta嘅朋友會喜歡 Pasta source叫Genovese 主要由 Montoro onion同beef short rib煮成 醬汁香口濃郁 再落埋Parmigiano 芝士碎 成碟pasta味道再升華左 整體嚟講都值得嘗試👍🏻

Ingredients: Roman clay pot baked chicken, morel mushroom, potato, pearl onion

呢道焗黃油雞🐥係餐廳嘅招牌菜 配菜用左羊肚菌,薯仔同小洋蔥 薯仔焗到微焦 焗完出黎嘅雞油香氣撲鼻mix埋羊肚菌洋蔥 用黎蘸雞薯仔同埋餐廳嘅homemade bread 簡直完美💯

6. TIRAMISÙ ALL’AMARETTO ($130)👍🏻

Ingredients: Espresso coffee, ladyfinger biscuit, mascarpone, Amaretto liquor

餐廳招牌甜品 呢個Tiramisu帶有香濃嘅咖啡味同liquor 甜而不膩 食過嘅數一數二出色嘅 Tiramisu😋

Ingredients: Homemade baba bread, rum sabagon, sauteed pear, cinnamon
呢道甜品第一次見 Homemade baba bread係一個啤梨形狀嘅麵包 配上用cinnamon同糖漿浸過嘅焗啤梨 最尾淋上rum酒 呢個賣相唔錯 不過就唔太係我杯茶

因為係慶祝生日 餐廳送左一個小朱古力慕絲蛋糕 呢個蛋糕仔有啲驚喜 慕絲口感順滑 黑朱古力嘅甘中和左蛋糕嘅甜 好食😋
