To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽媽喜歡食中菜,就同媽媽幫襯朗豪坊的八月軒。八月軒是一間比較新派的中菜,無論環境格局抑或是餐具擺設亦比一般酒樓時尚。招牌脆皮燒嫩鵝例牌,份量不少,鵝味香濃,但皮下脂肪不算多,啱晒我哋想食鵝但又驚食到滿口脂肪的人。另外叫了一份荷香蟲草花蒸雞,真的有一片荷葉墊底,賣相精緻,但食落沒有荷香味。雞配上吸了雞油的蟲草花,是不錯的組合。酒樓沒有設定交枱時限,飯後坐了很久亦無店員追促交枱,是三五知已和一大班人敍餐的好選擇。
