今日帶爸爸👨🏻去威😌 兩父女行街睇戲食飯，帶佢黎尖沙咀依間「香香宮煮」火鍋店。知佢一向喜歡歷史，對歷代皇宮史亦有一定認識，所以我相信，佢一定會喜歡這間餐廳。裝潢走宮殿風，大門口有張金燦燦龍椅給人打卡拍照。我和爸爸👨🏻穿梭到「永和宮」歎火鍋盛宴。-餐廳的特色湯底有很多選擇。最後爸爸選擇了我至愛的❤️「雍穆公主·花膠雞湯鍋」❤️佢說我這個中女要多吃花膠補充骨膠原😒火鍋湯底確實優質！加入厚切花膠，滾起後先嚐一碗，味道甘香；再加入鮮雞件，湯頭多了份鮮香。雞件亦很嫩口，肉質彈牙。-火鍋配料亦很出色❤️蜂巢冰豆腐呈網狀的質感，像海綿般吸盡鮮湯，所以吃下去爆汁美味。-❤️鮮淮山呈白色條狀的淮山，口感爽脆。-❤️香香公煮餃子拼盤鳳尾鮮蝦雲吞、黑松露蟹肉餃、韭菜豬肉餃及蟹黃餃餃子皮薄餡多，每款味道突出，味道由淡至濃排列去品嘗。漂亮的鳳尾蝦蝦肉爽彈；黑松露蟹肉十分香口，蟹肉真材實料。最愛是蟹黃餃👍🏻蟹膏、蟹籽、蟹肉混和！味道十分鮮香。-❤️脆鯇腩片片片厚切，魚皮煙煙韌韌有咬口，肉質彈牙！-❤️半熟五花腩脂香油豐，肉質咸香，十分惹味！配送彈牙的日本稻庭烏冬，很滿足。-❤️自家製竹蔗茅根消暑又解渴
