Restaurant: Mon Kee Cafe (Wai Fong Court)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽聞旺記的招牌是叉燒蛋飯,但中午先有得食,唔緊要,就等我地試下早餐水準啦!今次我地假日黎到,唔洗等位,但全餐廳都幾乎坐滿,睇黎都受街坊支持。特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉。蕃茄湯真係非常濃郁,簡直就係茄醬既程度!味道不過不失,又未到好驚豔既。跟餐有炒蛋多士,加五蚊將多士轉左奶油豬。奶油豬非常好味!!!烘得外薄脆內軟,呢五蚊值得加!!炒蛋都好香滑旺記烘麥包三文治四重奏,揀左五香肉丁餡料。三文治餡料份量十足,麵包搽滿花生醬,香滑半流心炒蛋加五香肉丁及生菜絲,有誠意,食完大大滿足呀

特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉。蕃茄湯真係非常濃郁,簡直就係茄醬既程度!味道不過不失,又未到好驚豔既。
