疫情底下嘅龍景軒易咗book位,service保持得非常好,每位員工亦都好細心,食物同服務都表現出色。今次我地揀咗海景位,可以一邊望海,一邊睇日落,由傍晚食到夜晚。一坐低,品酒師就介紹咗幾款signature wine in four season,但我地當日就唔太想飲酒,於是佢就介紹咗兩款sparking tea,分別係苿莉同烏龍,兩者利用製作酒既原理製作,並把提練出既酒精抽出,形成無酒精既sparking tea,造法特別而且味道清新,值得一試。餐前小食—煎炸茄子二食片皮乳豬件乳豬件做法有心思,將乳豬肥膏切掉,再放入薄餅皮,增加乳豬口感,但乳豬皮上碟後略為淋身,欠缺脆感。炸釀鮮蟹蓋梅子煎釀花枝蟹鉗蟹鉗厚肉且結實,與芡汁相配。黃金炒鱔條顧名思義係鹹蛋皇炒鱔條,鹹蛋皇味濃同埋有少少膩,但鱔條保持脆身。有機黑蒜爆大千蝦球蝦球大隻且肌肉結實,令人一試難忘。孜然薑蔥尖椒爆羊𦟌肉孜然味道濃,羊肉口感嫩滑。上湯浸有機菠菜苗黑椒洋蔥法國乳鴿炒飯炒飯黑椒味濃,食慾大增。
