To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺記經常排隊滿座,而我每次都係因為愛爾蘭咖啡而返嚟! 如果只有我一個人食旺記,我實在會選擇唔到要食滑蛋飯定茶餐,但同埋男朋友一齊就可以叫哂最鍾意嘅野食!今次叫咗日本雙拼滑蛋飯,有叉燒&蝦仁,份量都唔少(叉燒有5件、蝦仁有3隻),而滑蛋就佈滿整個飯底。蝦仁爽口彈牙,唔係細細隻的蝦毛仔;叉燒軟香,只係有啲部位就柴咗少少;滑蛋係半生熟狀態,加埋蔥香再淋上秘製醬汁,好滿意的味道!!另外一份叫咗茶餐,薑汁豬潤一丁(+$4)、豬仔包(+$5)、愛爾蘭咖啡(+$6),好貪心全部轉哂最喜歡的味道。豬潤配合薑汁完全沒有腥味,一丁依然軟硬適中,只係要食得快啲以免過熟;豬仔包好香脆,好慷慨有兩大塊,通常我地會再額外加砂糖,停唔到口;而愛爾蘭咖啡係每次都會叫,好少餐廳會有得叫,其實只係好少酒精係味道唔錯架!!
