To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因只分兩段入場時間,頭段不是真的一點走,13:15定枱時間當然不一定能入場,結果要排隊近20分鐘後才能入坐,又沒足夠地方排隊。不過最後入單時間可到14:45,也能坐到近四點,自己想走才走,好!選擇不多,只有一張,半張A4紙大的點餐紙。一般炒的小菜,粉,麵,飯出奇好吃!小籠飽,春卷,鳳爪,蘿蔔糕,紅豆角,西米露,石榴,都好吃,一入口便覺好吃,和別的店有明顯分別,但差不多已把點餐單內的都已列了!上菜都快,似有漏單,但可接受!其實如全試試,也好飽!
