​ 中午係灣仔有啲野做,所以都決定喺附近食啲嘢, 我都算係好鍾意食日本嘢嘅女仔,所以拉麵都係我必食之選。 依家香港地有好多唔同嘅拉麵店鋪, 每間拉麵店嘅質素着眼點都唔同, 有啲就着重拉麵湯底,或者拉麵本來嘅質素, 叉燒材料質素亦尤其重要。 煮干醬油拉麵$70+半熟蛋$11 平時嘅拉麵價錢大約係80幾蚊, 但係見到有一款係一日只能夠買20碗, 主打湯底用咗沙甸魚加埋醬油。 本身包咗一塊紫菜同埋一件叉燒, 湯底如果加上旁邊的柚子鹽和姜蓉, 反而會更加清甜好味。 未加 已加 如果唔加嘅話本身會更加又鹹香濃味。 叉燒其實都OK,不過唔算好入味或者好滑,變左唔係重點。 麵質也正正常常,賣點是湯底! 啲香蔥其實都可以算係重點,吊起成碗面嘅鮮味。 加埋個流心蛋真係一流,因為個蛋同出面嗰啲唔同, 起碼真係成隻但都好甜,有好多都係外面好鹹裏面好甜⋯ 食過就知有幾滑!食呢度嘅拉麵一定要加! 綠茶$15 麺匠 真武咲弥 灣仔春園街10號
