提起潮州菜,不得不說這間老字號陳儀興✨之前於太子食過,印象深刻。這次帶家人試試港島區的分店。滷水雙拼 (元蹄x新鮮大墨魚) $168份量不少‼️第一眼賣外已感覺充滿滷味✨果然,元蹄很入味,肉質嫩口。墨魚爽口彈牙,下面還滷水豆腐,啖啖都是滷水,豆腐亦很滑溜。凍黃腳鱲 $288店員誠推呢道菜,果然沒有介紹錯‼️黃腳鱲肉質鮮嫩,而且師傅更已將魚骨起光,吃得很暢快。金不換燉海螺 $78一個火喉十足的湯👍🏾充滿海螺同老雞熬出的精華,很舒服。芙蓉香酥鵝 $168吃潮州菜必點之一✨芋蓉跟鵝皮很平均,芋蓉入口鬆化,而另一邊的鵝皮炸得香脆,很香口,必點🍽️魚露浸花蛤 $198花蛤鮮甜,配上魚露汁令花蛤的鮮味更加突出。芋頭焗飯 $138又是份量十足的一道菜😍米飯煮得粒粒分明,再配上大量芋頭粒、雞粒、炸蒜及蝦米等等,非常惹味,每吃一啖都很滿足🥰老藥桔 $20點了熱的,感覺十分潤喉,甘桔甜度適中,帶有微微咸,味道濃郁。
