近來尖沙咀越來越多特式美食,位於寶勒巷這間「火赤」就是其中一間,打從餐廳門口到店內的裝潢設計,都充滿神秘感。如果想欣賞師傅即席燒製食物,建議訂座時預留吧枱位置。店員首先奉上7色調味料點串燒,其中檸檬鹽、咖喱鹽、抹茶鹽都比較特別。客人可以隨意沾自己喜歡的味道。師傅可以把鱈魚乾燒到脆卜卜,好似食緊薯片一樣,一試難忘。雞皮、雞上髀肉、雞腎都好夠火喉,而雞食道真的好特別,呢啲刃轉位真係好考功夫。水牛芝士煙肉卷及糯米雞肉棒都係必食推介,師傅燒到有少少燶邊,口感一流!唔想食咁多肉,所以點了燒蕃薯(福崗安納芋)及秋葵,2款都唔亁身帶甜,好味道。醬油燒飯團,用紫菜包住食,外脆內軟,完美。最後來個抹茶厥餅,甜甜哋冰凍煙靭,太完美的一餐劃上句號。
