提起牛扒🥩餐廳種類真的多不勝數,但一間高質而又有格調的,中環這間阿根廷牛扒就一定是我的心水之一。磚紅色格局的餐廳裝修充滿氣氛,店員服務態度亦很親切有禮。黑豆鷹嘴豆醬 $138黑豆醬口感上比傳統的鷹嘴豆醬更加濃郁滑順,黑豆本身帶有微微的甜味,加上蒜蓉、檸檬汁及橄欖油的調味剛好。芝麻醬更加增添一絲堅果香,整體質感細膩。配上香脆的粟米片更加突出香濃風味。 香腸拼盤 $298匯聚了多款香腸,其中牛肉腸質地好厚實。入口啖啖肉香多汁,配上味道有點像薑蓉的醬汁,意想不到地夾臀部牛排 $358即牛的臀部,肉質結實但不入口又不韌,帶有濃厚牛肉風味。外層煎至焦香,封存了肉汁,點上一點鹽調味已能突出肉味牛肉意式燉肉 $208滿滿濃厚的番茄和肉香,牛肉經長時間燉煮後變得非常嫩滑,與濃郁的番茄醬汁完美融合。點上紅油帶出一絲果香及微微的酸味。口感煙韌的手工意粉,完全吸收了醬汁,有掛汁效果,每一啖都很有層次感
