每次行經食肆林立既登龍街 都唔知揀咩餐廳好 因為間間都想食 今日揀左永光中心既GAIJIN餐廳裝修有格調 聽住柔和既音樂食飯 好relax由於想試多幾款食物 同老公分別揀左five course menu同dinner menu Five courses menu前菜首先來自日本的生蠔平時食生蠔都會以檸檬汁做配搭今次試到用青蘋果做配搭既生蠔味道好夾再黎係帶子刺身配和風醬汁帶子刺身同沙律分開上 要食既時候撈番埋一齊食和風醬汁咸咸地 配上沙律菜感覺清新又特別香煎帶子帶子用左北海道珍寶帶子大大粒帶子兩邊煎香配上杏仁泡沫同青口忌廉汁 鮮甜香口又係一個新穎的配搭😋再來到主菜香煎銀鱈魚除左銀鱈魚 最大的亮點就係魚上既海膽😋整體來講 餐廳用既材料新鮮,食材高質菜式都落足心意去配搭令到成餐飯都充滿新鮮感😋
