To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同友人到元朗行街shopping~由於友人佢好少入元朗,所以我就帶佢去食元朗好出名既「永年車仔麵」去到果然有條長長既人龍,所以我地就分頭行事,我去排隊叫野食,佢就入去搵位~條隊雖然好長,但實際都係用左7-8鐘到就落到order我的車仔麵:紫菜、豬皮、魚蛋、芝心丸配油麵最緊要緊係要埋辣汁,加一罐忌廉食後感:同天瑞個檔車仔檔比呢度冇咁油膩,但餸菜份量就有點少,整體黎講都同細個食既味道差唔多,冇咩點變啲豬皮索左辣汁, 口感當堂唔同曬變得入味友人車仔麵:芝士腸、豬紅、豬皮、墨魚丸配油麵,一罐可樂友人食後感:除左搵位難搵、冷氣唔夠大之外, 同佢係深水埗差唔多喎
