To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中學第一次來元朗,第一次食既元朗美食就是永年。當年只係普通的車仔麵檔,沒有華麗的裝潢 簡簡單單用發泡膠盒裝著熱辣辣的車仔麵 時至今日,永年同元朗緊緊相扣著 成為地標性的美食店。每個假日 香港四方八面的人都黎一嚐一碗車仔麵。我個人覺得車仔麵 絕對可以食出一間舖是否用心制作。每一味菜都用心料理 煮得入味絕對係平民美食既表表姐 豬皮 冬菇 生菜 幼麵 $36 豬皮爽口夠入味 冬菇用蠔油炆過 麵底份量夠飽肚,但對男士來說可能相對較小。雞翼 韮菜餃 魚皮餃 米粉 $36雞翼鹵得入味,有兩隻都覺得唔夠喉
