餐廳名雖然叫慢煮,但上菜速度一點不慢,其實慢煮係指烹調過程前期既手法,可以最大程度保留肉質同營養,在講求美而廉既城市生存唔容易。慢煮菜單中燒烤豬仔骨肉質做到細嫩而不失咬口,烹調方法其中優點是方便拆骨,輕鬆保持用餐儀態。味道方面,酸酸甜甜的調味十分討喜,個人認為加入即磨胡椒粒最能夠發揮本身的煙燻味。安格斯牛扒有做出應有水準,香草作為主要調味,無須額外醬料加鹽加醋,脂肪跟肉汁的化學作用簡單而令人一試難忘。餐廳處處都給我十分優閒的印象,許多配菜小食可選,上菜簡單一板盛起,餐具統一,唔錯。
