1. 地點餐廳位置近上環地鐵站,但由於街度燈光較暗且餐廳門口是以灰色調為主,很容易走過頭找不到門口。2. 餐牌大約一年前曾到訪過,感覺上餐牌選擇少了一點。主食選擇沒大改變,小食選項好像少了,甜品直接沒了,飲品的話沒太留意。Openrice上已有最新的餐牌。3. 食物3.1 香草牛油燒虎蝦 $88共三隻虎蝦,同伴表示其中一隻肉質有點「霉」,蝦身較小,約食指粗幼,性價比較低。評分:2/53.2 黑松露蕃薯條 $68份量非常多,炸得有點兒像Mcdonald薯條,一條一條吃的話吃不出是蕃薯。同伴試了黑松露沙律醬,表示味道不錯。因為是油炸食品,比較油膩。評分:4/53.3 法式油封鴨髀 $98共兩隻鴨髀,外皮酥脆,肉質軟嫩,咸淡適中,份量較多,就是配菜的蘿蔔太硬。沒有試過其他餐廳的油封鴨,不能作對比。評分:4.5/53.4 燒BB露荀 $78燒露荀是跟油封鴨髀一起上的,份量較少,比較油膩,且部分露荀吃到有「渣」,性價比低。評分:0.5/53.5 熱情芒果特飲 $42感覺像是芒果味的soda water,有些芒果肉,份量較少,味道不過不失。評分:3/54. 環境餐廳燈光較暗,面積較小,座位不多,沒有什麼風景。不知道是否因樓底較低,環境比較嘈吵。5. 服務由於在Openrice訂位時標明了有食物敏感,店員特地再確認了一遍,服務頗為細心。6. 總結兩人消費約$460,整體來說性價比一般,日後未必會再來訪。 continue reading
