好耐之前過去普慶坊個間食過,係好味既。見孖沙街又開間新既,就約左朋友再去食下。呢間新店係舊店普慶坊店附近,行到既距離,如果其中一間好full都可以行去另一間等位,哈哈。今日我地2個叫左2份小食同2份主食,仲有之前飲過既荔枝接骨木特飲。๛ 炸海鮮籃有四款海鮮,包括蝦、魚柳、魷魚同蠔。魷魚有啲乾 但炸蠔頗出色,炸得剛剛好,咬落去依然有好多肉汁好新鮮。๛ 芝士溫泉蛋大啡菇呢個配搭意外地好食,溫泉蛋煮得好出色!雖然有大大份芝士,但食落口一D都唔會覺得油膩~๛ 煙肉芝士通心粉配料份量合理,芝士可以拉絲好正,飽肚之選~๛ 秘製保濕豬鞍架豬鞍架十分出色,煮得啱啱好,唔會過老,果然同餐牌說明一樣 ,好夠肉汁! 讚呀!餐廳特製帶有少少酸酸甜甜既柚子汁,同豬鞍好夾。๛ 荔枝接骨木特飲有兩粒原粒荔枝肉,味道唔會太甜,都上次係普慶坊飲既味道差唔多~ 下次都會叫返呢杯😋 continue reading

星期日上午去完動漫展 打算去上環食lunch本身已有目標去西式Cafe食 貪佢可以坐下 點知上OpenRice一睇原來逢星期日休息 之後立即轉場 喺OpenRice睇到一間Cafe有啊好多好食emoji 諗住係同一類型嘅餐廳就去試吓啦而且仲多like本身我哋去緊嗰間 諗住塞翁失馬焉知非福 點知原來去左搭直升機🚁伏伏伏伏伏伏嘅地方唔係難食 味道還可以  但份量真係少得驚人  叫咗兩個主菜  美式醬汁豬腩肉同埋法式油浸鴨髀 另外加咗side dish 卡真蝦同牛油煎帶子 點知食物嚟到就真係得個主菜同埋幾粒side dish  完全冇其他配菜  如果唔係我哋自己加咗蝦同埋帶子  個碟上面就真係剩係得隻鴨髀同埋舊豬腩肉 連少少薯菜或者沙律都冇 連同行超細食女友都唔夠飽 真係不得了 我哋兩個埋咗單之後 仲要去附近一人食一碗細蓉先至夠飽我倆口味 認為豬腩肉慢煮完可以拎去煎香甚或將豬皮燒脆會更好 鴨髀亦可整得更香 continue reading

星期日一早係上環上堂,離bookmark左一段日子嘅我愛慢煮好近,一於落堂去try try佢!慢煮法式油封鴨腿絕對對得住呢個$98嘅價錢!以慢煮烹調嘅油封鴨腿外皮雖然唔係好脆,但勝在能retain肉汁,鴨腿更鮮味。比起早前試過$200up以油封鴨腿為名嘅餐廳,我愛慢煮嘅鴨腿肉嚟得更軟同juicy。芝士溫泉蛋大啡菇好有驚喜!輕輕用刀切開流心溫泉蛋爆漿咁湧出嚟,溫泉蛋令大啡菇口感更濕潤,隨即而來就係濃郁嘅菇味同淡鹹嘅芝士味,一粒有齊視覺同味覺享受!賣相好靚令人最期待嘅美國安格斯特級平鐵牛扒反而有D失色。原本以為慢煮牛會有好淋多肉汁,但食落感覺有d overcooked,好韌。最後試埋水果茶同百分百蜜桃汁!Bon weekend~Menu- continue reading
