今日同家人去左灣仔「中華小館」食飯,點咗幾道招牌菜試試🤚🏼其中包括了三色蝦球、醬烤欖角骨、惹味小炒皇、酥炸小黃魚,全部都色香味俱全👍🏻「三色蝦球」嘅外觀好掂,蝦肉鮮嫩,外皮炸得好酥脆,淋上酸甜汁、沙律醬、芥末醬,小朋友好喜歡💕之後有「醬烤欖角骨」,我個人最鍾意嘅一道菜💕欖角骨烤得焦香外脆內嫩,配上特調醬料,真係令人欲罷不能,連手指上嘅醬都唔想放過🤌🏻「惹味小炒皇」菜如其名,加入XO醬爆炒特別惹味,唔覺唔覺就清哂成碟,無難度🤟🏼最後嘅「鳳凰展翅」係酥炸小黃魚,小黃魚經過油炸後,外皮變得酥脆,裡面嘅魚肉新鮮美味,絕對要食💕
