To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係第一次試呢間小越廚 好多住荃灣既朋友仔都有推介過我地去試呢間餐廳 仲首推佢地既蟹膏湯河 睇個湯既顏色都知佢地用料十分! 第一啖飲落口已經味覺神經全開 加上扎肉 爽口彈牙 有小小軟骨係中間 口感十分有層次 絕對值得一試!我一直都好鍾意食越式法包 小越廚亦都做得唔錯 用料非常豐富 入口先有濃濃既牛油味 再配搭清新既香葉以及蘿蔔絲 帶黎陣陣清涼同爽口感 最適合炎炎夏日食最後食越南野又點可以無米紙? 佢地依到既米紙採用最傳統正宗既做法 睇相都見到米紙晶瑩通透到可以睇到入面 而入面用料講究 每件都有落重本大蝦2-3隻 食落爽口清甜 亦都係夏天必食之一!但係愛濃味人士就唔推薦叫喇,因為都偏向清淡。叫左今多野 加每人一杯野飲 埋單都唔洗一百蚊一個人 食到攬住個肚出門口 抵食指數⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
