這店佷有居酒屋的氣氛,燈光昏暗,枱與枱、座與座之間都是逼逼的,座無虛席令顧客談話的聲浪也大起來,但整體感覺不錯!這店的食物種類繁多,由壽司刺身到串燒,再加爐端燒,一應俱全,我們這次來試試它的串燒,看看水準如何!先點了生啤、枝豆和冷豆腐作小吃,啤酒、杯和豆腐都夠冷,而枝豆卻是熱騰騰的,很好!我們再點了一些傳統的串燒來嚐;銀鱈魚:魚身厚,肉質嫩,配上燒汁來吃,匹配;雞翼:皮脆肉嫩;厚切牛舌:厚度夠,但味道和肉汁不足,可惜;大葱豬頸肉:肥瘦有序,配上大葱去燒,美味;蕃薯:用上迷你型蕃薯,粉度甜味適中,很好;煙肉車厘茄:煙肉不會太鹹,而且大半的脂肪已被剪掉,加上鮮甜的車厘茄,可口;豬肉籚筍卷:豬肉太薄,吃不出什麼味道來,但籚筍爽脆鮮嫩;雞皮包蝦:雞皮不油膩,燒得很脆,蝦亦爽口,不錯。粟米:新鮮,可以多一點牛油,令其更香口。總括一句,價錢和食物質素合理,可以再來!
