    内地朋友來港探訪,除了陪她購物,遊覽,品嚐地道美食外雖然不愛喝酒,但還是很想體驗一下香港的日本居酒屋風味。要在銅鑼灣鬧市中找一間有日本地道風味的居酒屋,我會想起「鳥居居酒屋」。到步居酒屋第一時間朋友已經很滿意這裡的環境了。這裏有稍暗暗的燈光也有種舊舊居酒屋的氣氛。食物方面很多選擇,刺身,串燒,海鮮類,肉類,蔬菜燒物,沙律,甜品,當然還有不少酒類提供。收費方面還有多項優惠,十分吸引!我們選了一份二人套餐~有沙律,燒物,串燒,肉類,魚,炸物,食事和甜品等。原價 $1760 現在優惠價 $ 1480 蔬菜沙律  $  36清新,清爽!沾上甜麵豉醬和海鹽更美味。和風蒜子蕃茄沙律蕃茄成熟程度剛剛好不太淋有點爽口,蔬菜與醬汁混和酸酸甜甜口感清新。河豚魚乾味道甜甜有點嚼口,點點沙律醬很滋味。這個佐酒很不錯!白松貝刺身很新鮮!有海洋味,口感爽脆越嚼越鮮甜。串燒五款 (各2串 )燒牛舌厚度剛好十分脆口,上面灑上了蒜粉很惹味。露筍豬肉卷蘆筍鮮甜爽脆,豬肉表層燒得焦香。自家制月見免治雞肉棒啖啖肉好香口,沾沾蛋黃滑溜溜的!燒一夜干雞翼皮脆脆鹹鹹香香啲肉扎實中帶嫩滑,肉汁又豐富。燒白鱔魚串肥大肉厚鮮嫩配上甜甜醬汁,外層特別爽脆皮下油脂好豐富滿口甘香。有興趣一試燒喜之次,所以 + $ 200升級改吃日本一夜干喜之次。外皮酥脆肉質結實帶咸香,魚肉一梳梳嫩滑的灑點檸檬汁更鮮味!海膽伴冷烏冬烏冬順滑柔軟煙韌,海膽粒粒圓滑分明,口感綿滑細緻鮮甜。加入鵪鶉蛋,生薑,Wasabi 及蒜蓉等。落清甜的昆布醬汁中一起令鳥冬味道層次更豐富。麻薯窩夫外層煙煙靭靭有蛋香,中間夾有冰冰凍雪糕甜絲絲的。吃完甜品感到完美,朋友很滿意吃得開心! continue reading

鳥居居酒屋, 在香港也可以令人感覺到有日本 feel  的餐廳.以居酒屋日式設計, 有開放式廚房, 即叫即燒. 食堂播送日本音樂, 燈光悠和, 配上木制桌椅,  感覺好 Relax . 侍應介紹今日有特式食材, 有我們喜歡的馬友, 蟶子大家又看看 餐牌, 有燒物. 串燒,  非常吸引.  價錢吾貴.酒品飲品, 也不少.結果選擇了 [鳥居二 人前],  以燒海鮮為主, 正做優惠 7折, $1,225/2位, 侍應送來熱熱的日本綠茶, 清香解渴.   開胃前菜:  簡單新鮮, 有椰菜, 西芹, 沙葛, 紅蘿蔔, 青瓜條.  伴有特製的面豉醬, 入口感覺清新. 前菜:  蟹籽沙律 ~ 沙律菜十分新鮮,  配合蟹桴, 酸汁十分開胃.小食:   燒鱈魚乾 ~ 鱈魚乾燒得香口細膩, 非常脆口,  絕佳. 配自家浸清梅酒 最好, 杯內有一顆大大的梅, 酒味淡麗清醇,  好享受.    鱈魚乾點上沙律醬, 美味.  一人一塊又一塊, 好快食曬. 愛知縣白象拔蚌刺身:  我們改了做湯,  白象拔蚌好鮮味, 湯清甜溫暖.燒海鮮 : 有兩款, 味噌燒日本活帆立貝 ~ 帆立貝肉質肥厚, 裙邊爽口完全唔韌,  味噌燒調味正,  食得回味.紐西蘭活蟶子 ~   蒜蓉蔥花鋪面,  加上牛油燒香, 令味道好豐富,  蟶子彈牙又鮮味,  肉質甜美. 燒物:  (四選一) 有馬友/西班牙黑毛豬/ 味噌燒龍蝦/ A4和牛脊蓋柳.我們揀了 鹽烤馬友, 上台已有好香的燒魚氣味,  師傅控制火候非常好.   鹽烤得外脆內嫩, 魚肉沒有腥味, 魚皮甘香,  加點檸檬汁,  口感一流.串燒 (三款)  有 自家製月見免治雞肉棒 ~ 雞肉棒肉質嫩滑, 沾些溫泉蛋,  雞肉變得更香滑.露筍豬肉卷 ~ 把鮮嫩露筍卷著豬腩片,  腩片燒得香脆,  油份浸入到露筍內, 入口極香.  好滋味.手造豆腐 ~ 外皮燒到卜卜脆, 內裏保留豆腐的嫩滑口感,  外脆內嫩的感覺, 令人無盡回味.主食:  加拿大海膽伴冷稻庭烏冬加拿大海膽, 紫菜絲, 海膽冰冰涼的, 鮮甜軟糯, 加上脆脆紫菜絲, 混合烏冬一起吃, 超級正. 烏冬食落滑身煙韌,  添加鵪鶉蛋令烏冬更滑, 湯底清甜暖胃.  好完美啊 !!最後食甜品:  朱古力窩夫 ~ 窩夫內夾有雪糕球, 這個甜品賣相麻麻, 但入口好滿意, 真係好特別.師傅有廚藝, 燒物火候控制得很好, 食物有質素, 吃得開心, 大家都回味. 服務員態度殷勤, 會再來.  continue reading
