成日以為居酒屋只有串燒等小食供應,只適合夜晚同三五知己食吓串燒,飲吓酒,傾吓計。今日中午朋友帶我去咗間位於銅鑼灣嘅樓上居酒屋,那裏除咗串燒,原來都有午市定食供應,而且選擇都吾少。侍應親切又有禮貌。中午一邊食定食一邊同朋友談天說地,感覺一樣咁relax。呢間居酒屋原來係用天然鹽來烹調,注重健康人士又想出街食飯可以考慮吓呢度。十一款定食分別有串燒、鰻魚、牛肉、豚肉、海鮮等,應有盡有。除了主菜外,還奉有前菜、吸物和茶碗蒸。前菜可選豆腐、秋葵、泡菜或蕃茄,我們選擇了豆腐和秋葵,兩款都以日式芝麻醬伴食。豆腐嫩滑,秋葵爽口。吸物味道好濃郁,內有蜆肉、豆腐和海帶。茶碗蒸嫩滑可口,仲食到三文魚塊和鮑魚菇添。極上六點本($268)其實是六種不同的串燒,分別是鵝肝、蘆筍豬肉卷、鹽燒牛肉、銀雪魚、冬菇和薩摩雞翼一夜干。最鍾意食嘅係雞翼串燒,原來雞翼醃完之後要吊乾一夜才燒,所以叫一夜干。雞皮香脆,雞肉好嫩滑。鵝肝串油脂豐富,入口即溶。銀雪魚香甜肉滑,而燒牛肉串則好入味。日本鰻魚丼定食($168)原條鰻魚來自日本,燒得好香,周邊少少焦燶,可吃到塗於魚身醬汁的蜜甜味道,魚肉軟淋可口,再伴以炒得好嫩滑嘅蛋一齊食更是錦上添花。 continue reading

今日和男朋友去銅鑼灣行街 就決定係地鐵站附近醫一醫肚先餐廳位置十分方便 係地鐵站出口行大概1,2分鐘已經到一開lift見到間鋪頭 充滿住居酒屋既風格 好似去左日本咁!我地大概2pm去到 所以都唔洗等位 直接就入得 店鋪裝潢風格都同日本居酒屋相似 環境寧靜 值得一讚既係會播住日本經典歌 但又唔會太大聲 非常有氣氛當眼位置都有餐牌午市Set Lunch餐牌, 選擇都非常豐富!前菜, 我地分別叫左芝麻豆腐同泡菜, 味道唔錯!但前菜份量就略嫌比較少另外仲有一客茶碗蒸  都幾滑同充滿蛋味。麵豉湯,入面有隻蜆 都算足料 個湯味道都不錯我就叫左西班牙牛肋肉定食(當日無晒牛肋肉,轉左做肉眼)都幾有牛肉味,而且肉質都嫩不過缺點係跟餐只配一碗白飯 略嫌有點單調可能掛住影相 牛肉擺放左一段時間後亦都變得有少少韌男朋友叫左極尚6本set有燒鵝肝,鹽燒牛肉,冬茹,銀鱈魚同露荀豬肉卷每一款燒物都非常惹味 做到外脆內軟尤其係個豬肉卷,好juicy 會令人想一啖接一啖不斷食haha依個set 強烈推介埋單 2個set total $612, Lunch黎講可以算偏貴但考慮到位於銅鑼灣中心地帶, 而家環境寧靜同有去到日本居酒屋既感覺, 加上服務員態度都好好 服務周到周不時食下都OK架! continue reading

與好友慶祝生日,到了銅鑼灣的居酒屋大吃一番,店舖的燈光暗暗的氣氛好好,食物上菜速度很快。燒鮮活紐西蘭產蟶子大大隻,非常新鮮甜美,肉身又厚肉有咬口。和風蒜子蕃茄沙律很美味,一整個蕃茄配黑醋汁及沙律菜,酸甜又開胃。厚切牛舌實在厚身,入口無羶味烤得很香口。雞泡魚乾水準不錯,煙韌軟身是最佳前菜。自家製月見免治雞肉棒,先將雞蛋撈勻,雞肉棒再沾上蛋汁一同入口,有少許脆口的質感,估計內有雞軟骨粒粒。薩摩雞翼一夜干較特別,店員指雞翼先以鹽醃製,這樣再燒會較脆口,當真雞皮十分脆。明太子玉子燒有誠意,玉子中央放了大容量的明太子,玉子滑溜溜而明太子脆卜卜,口感豐富層次分明。燒羊架7成熟,肉質較一般的嫩滑,大件多肉肉味濃。燒茄子田樂是原條茄子開邊,驚喜的是茄子肉內仍然留有很多汁😋 而面頭放了蒜蓉醬及木魚作點綴。生海苔松露醬雞肉串,生海苔賣相太澎湃了,入口松露味突出,為雞肉添了份鮮味。秋葵牛肉卷有意思,燒秋葵已很健康惹味,外層再塗上薄層免治牛肉一起燒,簡直錦上添花。原板馬糞海膽伴冷稻庭烏冬,是全晚我最喜愛的菜式,廚師用了一整版馬糞海膽,太奢侈但又太高興了😂 海水味濃鮮甜不已,而稻庭烏冬彈牙爽口,配少許鵪鶉蛋及醬汁已很足夠。很滿足的一夜! continue reading

最近工作上實在太忙了,真係需要同朋友聚會relax下先得!而家餐廳做緊優惠,sake 買一送一可以朋友聽日要早起,陪唔到我飲好鍾意食呢個前菜,好refreshing!芝麻蟹肉菠菜呢個沙律菠菜有助解膩蒜蓉牛油蟶子香噴噴嘅蒜香+蔥香,忍唔住食指大動蟶子非常鮮甜,口感爽口軟滑燒嘅時間非常到位黃芥辣雞肉串雞肉好juicy嫩滑,黃色芥末醬作為汁醬,味道不錯再鋪上薯片碎,食嘅時候有多重口感!明太子玉子燒玉子甜左啲!所以更突出明太子嘅鹹味!原條燒茄子呢條茄子特別厚肉仲好juicy,加左蒜蓉&木魚,味道好豐富惹味明太子燒雞翼呢個雞翼釀滿左明太子,脹卜卜係師傅自己釀的!燒得皮香肉嫩,好彩雞翼調味不太濃,明太子鹹中帶辣令雞翼味道岩岩好露荀豬肉卷豬肉嘅肉香&油脂滲透入露荀,食嘅時候一啲都唔單調加上露荀非常爽脆厚肉,勁好味!海膽凍烏冬將所有配料加哂茄醬油一齊食!然後將烏冬沾上醬油,鵪鶉蛋令到稻庭烏冬更滑身海膽更加係個精粹非常鮮甜細滑 continue reading
