To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這區沒有心水食店...選了這間門囗較多食客等候的餐廳...午市套餐價錢親民實惠...👍海南雞🐔配油飯$76,飯底不會太油膩,有少少味道。雞件無骨,肥瘦適中,肉質鮮軟嫰滑。特別之處是伴碟有甜酸菜,非常醒胃。海鮮炒粿麵條🍝$78,麵條煙韌彈牙,口感好像油麵。配料有兩隻大蝦、魚柳、豆卜、芽菜,好豐富。額外多點了兩個小食,各$22:南乳雞翼,雞翼大隻,香脆味美;豬頸肉串燒,厚切豬頸肉口感豐盈。黑糖豆漿質地好稀,不值一試。反而推介桔仔特飲,餐廳用了3粒青檸泰式來做這杯特飲,所以味道非常濃郁。
