To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一去到十點九,已經有人排隊,就即刻擺飛,好彩兩個人快啲所以吾洗五分鐘已經有位坐。叫左凰爪排骨飯,酥皮叉燒包,賽蟹春卷,仲有㻗菜蝦腸粉。1.凰爪排骨飯嘅排骨肉質吾錯,彈牙,肥瘦適中。2.酥皮叉燒包上碟時好熱,叉燒醃得好入味,可惜䶢左少少,掩蓋左酥皮嘅香甜味,似乎失左水準。3.賽蟹春卷價錢平但份量多,蛋白好滑,一流!食到最尾嗰舊仲好熱!4.最後,腸粉。個皮黏黏地,而蝦都好彈牙。但未食到翡菜嘅鮮味,有待改善。食物比其他點心鋪嘅質素高,但似乎未值openrice咁多好評,可能係羊群心理。加多一點,飲茶點少得香濃嘅茶?添好運嘅茶淡而無味,應好好改善。但大致上抵食,吾錯!
